How does the Flexpay referral program work? When a new customer referred by an existing customer makes an initial deposit of at least Ksh. 500, the referrer and the referred friend are both rewarded. The referred friend gets Ksh. 100 off their booking, while the referrer receives Ksh. 50 credited to their wallet. It’s a win-win situation!
Who is eligible for the Flexpay Referral reward? Everyone who has heard about Flexpay and makes an effort to refer a friend or family member is eligible to earn the referral reward. The friend only needs to make an initial deposit of at least Ksh. 500.
Which Flexpay products are eligible for referral rewards? You can refer your friends and family to purchase any of our products, including Lipiapolepole, which is available at our partner merchants like Naivas, Quickmart, Moko, and Roto Tanks. Our other products include Flexpay Goals, Flexpay Chama, and Flexsako.
Is it possible to refer someone or be referred and not receive a reward? Yes, the most commonly violated rule is to refer the friend before they get registered on any Flexpay product. Other than that, everyone who follows the rules is eligible for the referral reward.
How many friends can I refer? You can refer as many friends as you like! The more friends you refer, the more rewards you’ll receive.
How do I refer someone to Flexpay? You can refer someone to Flexpay by dialing 38430# and selecting the “Refer a Friend” option.
How soon can I receive my reward after I refer my friends? Your friend’s discount will apply on their first purchase immediately, while your reward will be disbursed as soon as your friend makes an initial deposit of at least Ksh. 500 to their booking.
How will I receive my reward? You will receive a text message notifying you that your reward has been credited to your wallet immediately after your friend deposits at least Ksh. 500.
