    To reserve a product, visit one of the Tuskys branches, identify a product, an agent registers you, deposit some amount, then you are good to continue with lipia polepole.

    You can also reserve a product on the online platform (www.tuskys.com). Identify the product, click on the lipia polepole button, enter your phone no. and agree on the terms and condition, immediately you will get a text message guiding you on how to make the payment.

  • How do I make the subsequent payments?

    Subsequent payments are made via a till no. 695071

  • Where do I pick the product after purchasing online?

    You pick the product from the nearest Tuskys branch.
  • Do you offer delivery?

    Yes, you will be contacted by the delivery team upon request for direction, then you will have your product dropped at your door.
  • What happens after my 60 days are over?

    Once you become overdue, the price protection policy comes to an end. The already paid can be converted into a shopping voucher upon request which can be used for general shopping.
  • Can I change from one product to another?

    It’s possible to shift from one product to another by having the agents on the ground contact us giving the new details of the preferred product
